Navigate to System Administrator > Profile > System
Search for profile --> BNE%Log%
BNE Server Log Filename : Any Name (Ex: WebADI.log)
BNE Server Log Level : ERROR
BNE Server Log Path : Provide the server path
If trace is not generated bounce the Apache Server.
